    Heart And Mind

We think with the brain, but why does it feel like the heart, is doing it? This question is a bit reversed. In fact, man thinks with the mind, but every thought has an effect on the heart. How?

Suppose you are suffering from stress or anxiety or you feel love for someone then after this stress, anxiety or love some hormones which we call stress hormones are released.

These hormones include cortisol, adrenaline and epinephrine. When they are released, they prepare our body to face any kind of danger. This means that we prepare our body to face the situation that made our mind alert.

How is this preparation done? This preparation is done, first of all, by increasing the heart rate and slowing down the digestion. In an emergency, these hormones increase our heart rate, which causes our blood pressure to rise and we are ready to deal with this situation. High blood pressure prepares our muscles to cope with any situation. The slower digestion helps the heart to carry blood to other muscles.

That is why when we hate someone, we feel that our heart is forcing us to hate or our heart is getting angry. When in fact it all makes the brain. The heart only changes its heart rate and this is the result of the brain's commands. It is up to the mind to decide what reaction we will give.

But since the heart beats fast and makes us feel this way, we think that it is controlling the heart, when in fact the mind does all this, the heart just obeys its command.
